Subject: Request for optical observations with HST on HE2350-3908

Hello, I hope this is the right place to put in a request. We
will be having an HST observation of the 16.4 mag ultrashort P
CV HE2350-3908 on Sept 12 from 01:04 - 02:01 UT. If anyone can
reach to 16.5 mag, we could use some optical photometry in V to
determine its accretion state. The orbital period is very short
78 min) and its 2000 coords are 23 53 00.6 -38 51 45. There is not
a chart in the Downes catalog, but there is no confusion with any
other star within an arcmin on the GSC field. A reference for its
characteristics is the paper by Augusteijn and Wisotzki in
AAp 324, L57 1997. A single measurement or a full light curve would
be greatly appreciated on the night of Sept 11/12. Regards, Paula
