New UG in Peg (J235439+282250)

   IAUC No. 7021 announces the discovery of a new cataclysmic variable by
the KAIT team.

    23h 54m 39s.19  (J2000.0)
    +28o 22' 49".7

      16.3-(19.2
      (probably still rising on Sep. 25)

    Since we already have "New Peg" (by the BAO team), use the position-based
designation J235439+282250 in reporting to vsnet-obs.

    Detailed chart based on USNO A1.0 will be issued in vsnet-chart.

    Follow-up observations are strongly encouraged.
