We have installed a ciruclar program used in VSOLJ. The data have been picked up from vsnet-obs observations by an automatic program used in the real-time light curve system of the VSNET WWW service. This circular program automatically picks up dwarf nova outbursts and unusual events from the extracted data. Some comments have been added by the editor. This experimentary version is based on a rather old CV list, which may contain some errors.
