According to Toni's page, the location of the suspect is Approximate Position from Tycho Catalog AR 20 19 27.8 decl. +41 45 07 The p magnitude measured is about 13.54+/-0.15 using Astroart 2.0 and 5 star of GSC Tycho catalog. The date of the observation is 2003 07 21.85. Instruments: 400 mm f/5 Refractor on a 35 mm film NPH 400, exposure 5 minutes. To my eyes, the "suspect" looks like a flaw. Regards, Taichi Kato
