(fwd) BL Tel Eclipse Commenced

The long period eclipsing system BL Tel has now apparently commenced to
decline.  This is about one week earlier than expected and the rather
abrupt decline may suggest this current eclipse will be deeper than recent
events.  Mid eclipse is expected to occur about 2000 September 25.
