As is well known, IRAS PSC and FSC are not exclusive, as (probably)
in RXS. Both PSC and FSC can refer to the same object in spite of
different cataloged positions. I have encountered many of such examples,
but just list one.

In such cases, IRAS FSC are often given improvements in fluxes and
position.
