[vsnet-survey 39] Name List 75 & RASS-BSC



Taking the assumption that 75th Name List positions for variables are
more accurate than usual GCVS ones on the whole due to their
"modernity", the following is a half arcmin linkage with ROSAT All Sky
Survey Bright Source objects.
