Var73 Dra observation from Tonny Vanmunster

Dear Colleagues,

   We have received new data of Var73 Dra from Tonny Vanmunster (Dec. 12).
The current campaign on Var73 Dra has been extremely successful, with almost
nightly coverage.  Please continue observing as long as the target is
withon reach of your equipment.  The slow evolution of the superoutburst,
particularly in terms of the decline rate, is remarkable.
