[vsnet-sequence 13] Final sequences

I have finalized four comparison star sequences, all derived from 
Arne Henden's field photometry. The sequences are for the variables 
J1450.5+6403, QW Ser, V2400 Oph and CI Aql, and all four sequences 
are now available on Arne's anonymous ftp server as

The sequence for QW Ser is from two nights data, and may, at a later 
date, be updated with an additional nights data. Visual observers 
will however notice no changes when this occurs.

New sequences for V1494 Aql, V404 Cyg and LD 345 will be issued 
shortly.
