New list: vsnet-rvtau

Dear Colleagues,

    We have set up a new list, vsnet-rvtau, which is designed to notify
noteworthy phenomena, call for observations, other notficications on
RV Tau variables.  This list is equivalent to vsnet-outburst in dwarf novae
and vsnet-lpv in long-period variables.

Important notifications (such as discovery of rare short events, dramatic
changes in the targets, important progress, call for urgent observations etc.)
should be also directed to vsnet-alert as before.  Individual (regular)
observations should be sent to vsnet-obs as before.  For discussions of
general interest, please use vsnet-chat.  VSNET administrators may
forward such messages to other VSNET lists when necessary.

    The initial list of vsnet-rvtau includes members of vsnet-lpv.
If one wish to subscribe or unsubscribe to vsnet-rvtau, please send
a message to vsnet-adm, with a text line
