     Along with the observational source already mentioned, one might have
a look at Doug Welch's big database:

In the case of SV Vul, this database has radial velocities and photometry
going back only 20 years or so.  Even SIMBAD shows photoelectric work on
this star back to 1950, and surely there must be pretty reliable photometry
(via photocell or photomultiplier) extending to early in the last century,
and surely a complete radial-velocity curve perhaps even earlier.
