It is an enigma of FG Sge.
Up to now it had the 550-770-days cyclicity (four events).
After beginning of the RCB type variability it was active.
In the future we may wait a low activity. But we should be waited.
For example, R Crb itself has the 4400-day cycle in the first
half of which it is very active and in the second does not (Kimenatics
and Physics of Celestic Bodies, 13 (4), 1997).
And FG Sge is a star on a thansition stage of stellar evolution with
the very high rate of changes.
The IR observations can very clear the question: has it the IR
excess or not?
