V4641 Sgr in 2002 preprint

Dear Colleagues,

   Our paper on the 2002 active phase of V4641 Sgr has been accepted for
publication in PASJ.  The preprints of the paper is now available at:

   It will appear in "astro-ph/0308154" within a few days.

   V4641 Sgr has been active recently.  Close monitoring is needed.
