Tonny, There is a bit of disagreement amongst some as to whether V1316 Cyg is a close companion to the star at 20 12 12.7 +42 45 54 ...or is in fact this star. I note that several BAAVSS observers still track observations of this star as "comp 148". My impression has been that this star has been brighter than usual the last two times I observed it. Hence the note attached to my observation "CYGV1316 030921.1688 14.6: SXN 148 COMP OR VAR?" Sumner identifies V1316 Cyg as- Position: 20 12 13.67 +42 45 51.4 (J2000, in .dat file) Magnitude: V=17.583 B-V=0.252 (in .dat file) I have no personal stake or strong opinion in the matter. Just thought I would bring it up, just in case. Mike Simonsen
