V589 Her outburst

   As reported by Mike Simonsen, the SU UMa-type dwarf nova V589 Her is
undergoing a bright outburst!  The object should deserve the top-priority
target for nothern observers!!  I will later issue a vsnet-campaign-target
list including this object.
