[vsnet-outburst 5534] CH Her outburst

CH Her outburst

  Gary Poyner reported an outburst of CH Her.  Poyner suspected that it
may be a superoutburst.  We had runs in 1996, we have not yet reached
a firm conclusion, although the overall light variation seems to more
suggest an SS Cyg-type object.  Anyway, this is one of rare outbursts in
the last two years, and would be a target of opportunity.  Would be a
good northern target (unless other objects suddenly deprive the priority
targets!).
