[vsnet-outburst 4435] KV Dra outburst: confirmed

KV Dra outburst: confirmed

Dear Colleagues,

    Torii-san (RIKEN) has just informed us of a successful observation
at RIKEN.  The reported outburst of KV Dra is confirmed.  Torii-san
reports that KV Dra is brighter than mag 14.  The object may be rising!
