[vsnet-outburst 2037] V550 Cygni identification

Gary and all other V550 Cygni observers,

I have uploaded images to show the position of V550 Cygni. Our August 26,
2000 frame shows the variable in outburst and the April 21, 2001 image does
not show it at all.

Both images have North up and East left, field is about 2.5 x 2.5 arc
minutes. Limiting magnitude about 18. SBIG ST7E CCD + Rc filter. Both images
are slighly out of focus.
