[vsnet-outburst 1991] HS Vir outburst

HS Vir outburst

   Ths SU UMa-type dwarf nova HS Vir is in outburst.  The outburst is
relatively bright in this season, and could be a superoutburst.
The last superoutburst was observed in 2000 May, and no outbursts
brighter than 14.5 were observed since then.  If the present outburst
is a superoutburst, the detection at this early epoch could provide
an excellent oppportunity for a detailed study.
