[vsnet-obs 6510] revised chart of V1974 Cyg

  V-band CCD chart of V1974 Cyg (revised)

  * observer: T. Kato (Ouda Station, Kyoto University)
  * calibratin: Skiff's sequence, primarily based on (1451SK) and
                comparison with previous VSNET chart.  Some hint of
                inconsistency in (1345SK) was found.
