Hi,
Inferior seeing conditions + city glow from Pretoria in the direction
West prevented a clear view on TY PsA. I still believe I noticed an
ongoing outburst on UT 20.773 at magnitude 11.9: , following a
similar observation on UT 18.753 . Help!
