Observers:
GRL = Bjoern H. Granslo (Fjellhamar, Norway). Instruments: 20.3-cm SCT
  (C203), 10x50 binoculars (B10x50). No further observations on Oct. 18-19
  due to clouds. This was my first observations since Oct. 9-10 due to
  bad weather and during the large partial solar eclipse on Oct. 12, 1996
  all of Norway was appatently clouded out. The observation of DO Draconis
  was my first positive sighting of this object (light estimates: 971-9;
  1071+1; 1151+5; class 2 observation).
HLS = Lars T. Heen (Trondheim, Norway). Instruments: 7x50 binoculars
  (B7x50), naked eye (NE). Observations are step estimates. 
MIB = Ivar B. Mediaas (Aurskog, Norway). Instrument: 30.0-cm Newtonian
  reflector (M300). Observations are fractional estimates.
TKV = Viggo Takvam (Bergen, Norway). Instrument: 15.2-cm Newtonian
  reflector (M152).
