[vsnet-obs 3910] light curves from VSNET reports, updated

Dear Colleagues,

    Light curves from VSNET reports on the VSNET Web have been updated to
include observations up to Sep. 21 (as in the latest version of VSNET
CV Circular).  We hope they will be useful in your observation and research!
