[vsnet-obs 3345] V1028 Cyg: undergoing outburst

Dear Colleagues,
We Ouda-team observed V1028 Cyg on August 8.50 with a CCD with V
filter attached to a 60-cm reflector. Our observation confirms
that V1028 Cyg is undergoing an outburst. Judgeing from the
quick-look images, the object looks as bright as V~14.0, although
very preliminary. This indicates that this outburst seems to be a
normal one ?
Close monitoring is encourged.
