[vsnet-obs 3099] FY Vul observations (VSNET)

For discussion, I present the following compilation of FY Vul data from
vsnet-obs reports. There indeed seems to be up to ~1 mag variation, but
with no established periodicity. I know a good example of CM Del, which
(at least during my observations) definitely showed low-amplitude semi-periodic
brightenings which I suspected to be some sort of dwarf nova-like activity.
