Some more information on these outbursts (from Romano's paper):
V1316 Cyg = GR 141
max JD mpg
2437224 15.6
7516 14.7
7869 14.5
The first outburst declined rather rapidly, while the second one faded
more gradually (from inspection of the published light curves).
My previous CCD observations (in 1990) also showed the object in outburst
(I have not yet obtained its quiescent images). High incidence of outbursts
(also in outburst in Downes & Shara atlas) seems to indicate that this
variable undergo more frequent outbursts (or high states) than suggested
by Romano's observations.
