As seen last night with the apogee 40x120:
UT Magn
VZ Pyxidis
18.780 12.1
18.874 12.1
CU Velorum
18.777 10.9
18.872 11.0
Due to the more 'comfortable' magnitude around which CU
Velorum evolves and the adequate sequences of nearby
comparison stars, small magnitude changes (10.8-11.0) are
clearly showing during an observing session. Presumably
they could be the superhumps during a superoutburst!?!
