Dear Colleagues,
Two CVAP objects, which are currently undergoing an outburst, urgently
need confirmative observations. It concerns TU Tri, detected by M. Iida,
Nagano, Japan (VSNET-ALERT 305) and TW Tri, also detected by M. Iida
(VSNET-OBS 1840). Weather in most of Europe is very bad for the moment,
so I especially ask US and Japanese observers to monitor both objects.
Remark that TU Tri is a possible TOAD object, of which no previous visual
outbursts are listed in the "Outburst Activity Database". TW Tri has been
well-covered during its two previous outbursts, but should be monitored for
possible stand-stills.
We have prepared sequences and finder charts for both objects, which are
available on the Cataclysmic Variables Home Page (http://vsnet.cv.psi.edu).
A light curve of TW Tri appears on the same page.
Many thanks for your cooperation,
Tonny Vanmunster
