Please note that this outburst actually was first noted by Eric Broens,
Belgium. His estimate (posted to vsnet-obs) was as follows :
V419 Lyr Sep 28.824 UT 14.3 OUTBURST ! (Seq: TA)
Congratulations to the Ouda team with the detection of the superhumps in
this system !
