I just read an article on CV's in which two interesting objects
are mentioned : NSV 02872 and NSV 00786, both of which are listed
as possible UG's, well within the range of moderate telescopes.
NSV 02872 is located at : R.A.= 06h14m10.6s
Decl.= +45d30'12" (J2000.0)
Mag range : 11.2 - 14.5p
NSV 00786 is located at : R.A.= 02h16m35s
Decl.= +78d39.9' (B1950.0)
Mag range : 12 - 14p
I have made (postscript-based) GSC search charts. Interested readers
can receive a copy by email.
Does anyone have more information on these possible dwarf novae ?
Kind regards,
Tonny Vanmunster
