    This list contains visual observations of selected variables since
    1995 July 1. The time system is date with decimals in Universal Time.
    All estimates are by undersigned, who was observing from Fjellhamar,
    Norway, using an 8-inch SCT and 7x35 binoculars.

    Fading from outburst in early July. Observed at minimum from July 29
    to Aug 12.0 UT. Markedly brighter and rising around Aug 13.0 UT to a
    full maximum on Aug 14.0 UT.

    The following dwarf novae were also seen in outburst: KT Persei (Aug
    7.0-8.0 UT, mag. 12.2-12.3), AR Andromedae (Aug 7.0-8.0, 11.7-11.9),
    AH Herculis (Aug 12.9-13.9, 11.6-11.7), and AB Draconis (Aug 14.0,
    12.6). V705 Cassiopeiae (Nova 1993) is near mag. 12.3.

    In addition to the VS-observations major displays of noctilucent
    clouds were seen on July 18/19 and August 7/8. Using a 20.3-cm SCT
    (x123 and x222) the rings of Saturn were seen with difficulty on
    Aug 12 01.30-01.50 UT and more easily on Aug 13 00.20-00.30 UT.
