[vsnet-obs 775] V542 Cyg outburst confirmed

I can confirm that V542 Cyg is in outburst. My estimate:
July 16.11 UT 13.8 (using new AAVSO photoelecrtic (V) sequence).

the first try.
Does anyone have a chart giving the precise position of V337 Cyg?
I am in the process of making charts for it, and do not have a
finder chart or photo showing it in outburst.
