KM Lac
------
According to the report of M. Iida (VSOLJ), who has been monitoring this
object by CCD photometry, communicates that the object at the variable
star designation (after checking the discovery paper) has been always bright
around 14-15 mag. Please check weather the variable observed by Vanmunster
refers to this star, or another outbusrting star not displayed in Downes &
Shara chart. We don't have enough information whether this 14-15 mag star
is really variable, or whether there exist a genuine catalysmic variable
in the very vicinity.
Therefore attention should be paid to check whether the currect report
of 'outburst' really reflects a true outburst. We would be very grateful
if Vanmunster can provide his past observations.
