KM Lac [UGSS, 14.8p - <17.4p]
=============================
This variable, which recently was added to the CVAP (CVC 39), is
reported in outburst by Tonny Vanmunster, Landen, Belgium. Based
on a private communication from R.A. Downes (STSCI), the object
is NOT confirmed as a CV, contrary to what might be derived from
the classification in Downes & Shara (1993). KM Lac is included
in the list of suspected TOADs - Tremendous Outburst Amplitude
Dwarf novae - (Howell 1995), and is located at :
R.A. = 22h13m49.92s
Decl.= +55g28'23.5" (2000.0)
We could trace only one reference on KM Lac in the Simbad data-
base, operated by CDS Strassbourg, and we could NOT identify any
past observations of this interesting object. We strongly encou-
rage observers world-wide to monitor KM Lac during its present
outburst, both photometrically and spectroscopically.

The outburst of T Leo, announced in CVC 38, apparently was a normal
one. 4 days after the outburst detection, T Leo already had faded by
more than 4 magnitudes. No secondary maximum was reported, as one
can deduce from the photometric summary below.

This was another normal (faint) outburst. CY UMa never got brighter
than mag. 13 or so and already became invisible after a few days.

The photometric summary below concludes our reporting on AL Com. This
must have been one of the best covered outbursts of dwarf novae ever,
looking at the density of the resulting light curve !
