[vsnet-obs 203] astrometry

Astrometry with the 0.30m f/5.25 Newtonian + Sony CCD.

SN1995e		7h 51m 56.68s, +73 00' 36.6"  (2000.0)
	10 GSC stars with RMS residuals 0".08, 0".22
This is sl. N of other positions and measurement is difficult due to the
bright and irregular background.

DV UMa		9h 46m 36s.64, +44 46' 44".8  (2000.0)
	8 GSC stars (0".21, 0".21)
This is 2" W and 4" N of the position in Downes & Shara.
