As a result of the announcement of the possible nova in Sagittarius I took some V and Rc CCD images of the field this morning. Since the possible nova turned out to be V4006 Sgr I would like to check and see if I caught the 1999 nova V4444 Sgr on the images. I am not sure of it's current Rc magnitude. I searched the web and couldn't find any useable CCD images of V4444 Sgr. Does anyone know of an image of V4444 Sgr that I can use for identification purposes? The AAVSO d scale chart helps but I need a higher resolution image to make sure I have the right star for photometry. Thanks, Doug West
