Attached is a V band image of Nv Sgr 02-4 taken 021028 at 10:37 UT. The
exposure was 30 sec, north is up and bininng 2x2. The nova was only
about 15 degrees up at the time.
Using GSC6828 1707 (V=9.23) I get v=10.9 (not transformed).
Astrometry using GSC with 35 stars (average residual 0.32 arcsec) gives:
RA = 17h 47m 21.71s
DEC = -23d 28' 23.4"
