The URL goes to a V band CCD image centered at 18 55 14 -21 51 15 taken at 09/23/2002 1:38 UT. The limiting magnitude is approximately 15. The field of view is 29'x29'. I compared this image to SERC DSS1/STScl V(visible) epoch 1987.59 and no new object was obvious. I have included the image to allow others a more detailed inspection of the area (maybe I missed something).
