It seems that in the subject noted posting I neglected to acknowledge
the importance
of Michael Richmond's (of RIT) "pipeline" in the generation of the
photometry and astrometry on Tom's TASS CD data disk 23 from the TASS
Mark IV raw data .
For this I sincerely apologize.
(MR wasn't the one to point this out by the way ;) )
