[vsnet-newvar 706] Q1996/077

Q1996/077

The 'Q' name is referred since I'm not sure how to call this TA variable
otherwise.

I have found this variable has an unusual spectrum (B0II:) at this
relatively high galactic lattitude. Could it be a peculiar variable?
The star is flagged as variable in the Hipparcos main catalog, but is
not found in hip_va_1.dat and hip_va_2.dat.
