Perhaps you (or anyone) can check such contributions by using the VSNET
search engine for reported observations.

The service is entirely public and completely free of charge. My own
logging has been already greatly supplemented by newly known identifications,
and will not provide much useful information for you purpose.
However, a quick glance at the selected data has revealed noteworthy
instances that the contributors of Q1994/016 include MISAO project, and
Q1992/065 Takamizawa-san. I hope you could contact them and advice
how to proceed.
