   Kesao Takamizawa (Nagano, Japan) reports the discovery of a new variable
star (TmzV743).

  Note this is not identified with the following IRAS source, which is
another Tmz variable (TmzV744).

  Takamizawa's comment:

  The star may be a semiregular variable with a range of 11.9-12.5p.
  (also may be a short-period variable based on the Tycho color - T. Kato)
