It was detected by the PIXY system as one of the candidates of new
variable stars from images taken by KenIchi Kadota, Ageo City,
Saitama, Japan, then confirmed by Seiichi Yoshida.

The magnitude are measured automatically by the PIXY system. Image
observers' names are noted after "Mis", except for ones taken by
KenIchi Kadota.

OW Oph is 1.7 arcmin from MisV0854, that was detected as a variable
star between 10.8 - 13.4 mag. MisV0854 is thus a new variable star.
