It was detected by the PIXY system as one of the candidates of new
variable stars from images taken by KenIchi Kadota, Ageo City,
Saitama, Japan, then confirmed by Seiichi Yoshida.

The magnitude are measured automatically by the PIXY system. Image
observers' names are noted after "Mis", except for ones taken by
KenIchi Kadota.

V993 Sgr is 2.4 arcmin from MisV0841. No star brighter than 14.5 mag
was detected at the cataloged position of V993 Sgr. However, V993 Sgr
is an ecliptic variable star between 13.1 - 14.1 mag. On the other
hand, MisV0841 is probably a red variable, considering the color in
the USNO-A2.0 catalog and the identification with IRAS 17563-3241.
Therefore, MisV0841 is probably another new variable star.

Please see the URL below for the MISAO Project and the PIXY system.
