It was detected by the PIXY system as one of the candidates of new
variable stars from images taken by KenIchi Kadota, Ageo City,
Saitama, Japan, then confirmed by Seiichi Yoshida.

NSV 12626 is 2.2 arcmin from MisV0738. We have already detected the
variability of the star:
  USNO1200.14174390 19 57 41.082 +35 47 08.77 14.4R 17.5B
  IRAS 19558+3538 R.A.=19 57 40.58 Decl.=+35 47 02.8 (13 x 3", p.a.=31) flux(12)=5.63 flux(25)=4.74 flux(60)=<1.23 flux(100)=<14.81 99% variable
based on the unfiltered CCD images taken by KenIchi Kadota and
identified it as NSV 12626 (IBVS 4814). Therefore, MisV0738 is another
new variable star.

Taichi Kato pointed out this object is identified with a carbon star
CS4580.
