The star is IRAS 21443+4329, and the best position is from 2MASS:
IRAS 21443+4329: 21 46 21.76 +43 43 53.7 (J2000)
The 2MASS J-K color is 1.3, which corresponds to a mid-M giant. The
companion (whose J-K=0.35, thus an F/G dwarf most likely) is 8" southeast.
