New list: vsnet-ip

Dear Colleagues,

    We have set up a new list, vsnet-ip, as a sub-list of vsnet-nl
and partly other recent lists.  The new list treats noteworthy activities
of intermediate polars (IPs), which are not well covered by vsnet-nl,
vsnet-polar and other CV-related lists.  The other list vsnet-campaign-ip
focuses on time-resolved spin observations of IPs by the VSNET collaboration
team.

    The list is rather strictly restricted for the follow-up usage.
Important notifications (such as discovery of outburst/fading, dramatic
changes, important progress, call for urgent observations etc.)
should be also directed to vsnet-alert as before.  Individual (regular)
observations should be sent to vsnet-obs as before.  For discussions of
general interest, please use vsnet-chat.  Targets of the VSNET Collaboration
will be treated in vsnet-campaign.  VSNET administrators may forward
such messages to other VSNET lists when necessary.

    The initial list of vsnet-ip includes members of vsnet-nl.
If one wish to subscribe or unsubscribe to vsnet-ip, please send
a message to vsnet-adm, with a text line
