[vsnet-id 856] NGC 6712 variables revisited

With the easy availability of the all-sky 2MASS catalogue in VizieR,
I have had another look at the coordinates for variables near NGC 6712
(http://vsnet.kusastro.kyoto-u.ac.jp/vsnet/Mail/vsnet-id/msg00584.html),
which I first looked at in February 2002.
     I have re-examined the stars on large-scale DSS1/2 and 2MASS images using
SkyView, and have added two variables included in the Clement et al. variables
list for this cluster and one by Walker in the near field.
For V19, I found that my original list had a +1s RA error (typo), which
is corrected here. For the remainder there are no substantial changes apart
from small adjustments.
