Poking around in the MSX catalogue and on images, I have found this
red star. The original Chavira position is poor, with a +1m RA error.
HaroChavira 56 = MSX5C G043.9990-00.0037:
19 11 50.24 +09 50 07.4 (J2000, GSC-2.2)
USNO-B1.0 shows mb = 20.0 (mr = 15.7, mi = 11.1 !)
No spectral type on this one. The nearby IRAS/maser etc source seems
not to be related.
