The list below contains accurate coordinates and identifications for about 410 K- and M-type stars near the Aql/Sct/Ser border classified by Apriamashvili as part of a general spectral survey of some 2500 stars in the region. This complements another list in the same paper reported a couple weeks ago (http://vsnet.kusastro.kyoto-u.ac.jp/vsnet/Mail/vsnet-id/msg00750.html). In the source paper the stars are identified only on charts and no magnitudes are given. Along with positions, I show GSC names, approximate photo-visual magnitudes, spectral types, and links with major useful catalogues. I matched the list against the Tycho-2, BD, Dearborn, IRAS, MSX, and GCVS v4.1 catalogues using VizieR. Every star was also looked up by position in SIMBAD. Few of these stars are catalogued variables, but most of those with types M2 and later probably are. A few uncatalogued objects were clearly variable from comparison of the digitized POSS-I and POSS-II plates in the same color. In any case, the list provides types for a large number of previously 'anonymous' IRAS and MSX sources. N.B. a couple of Be stars lurking among the red stars. Most of the magnitudes north of -4.5 Dec are in fact standard V from the TASS MkIII cameras (2000PASP..112..397R). South of this, they are either taken directly from the GSC (short-exposure V plates in this region, but seem a few tenths too bright compared to other data), or are a simple mean of the mb and mr magnitudes given in USNO-A2.0 or GSC-2.2. V magnitudes for a few brighter stars come from Tycho-2.
